Similar to personal style, we each share a unique smile. When we're happy, laughing, or feeling nervous, we tend to smile most. It's true what they say, it takes less muscles to smile than frown. So why not smile? Choosing happiness is important in life. In my opinion, choosing to smile is just as important. Sometimes you have to fake it until you make it. Now I'm not saying you should fake happiness when you're dealing with a serious situation, but a positive mood can help you push through the difficult moments. Don't even stop to worry about laugh lines. They will come when they come, but in the end, they'll show you lived a life of happiness and laughs. Now that sounds like a good life, right?

Hope you enjoy today's quotes and find some inspiration for this week. This week's theme is something I strongly believe in. As an introvert, I sometimes feel overwhelmed in big groups of people. So when I can't find the words to say, I stick with a smile. With a smile, I feel more confident! So ladies and gents, remember to keep your heads held high and always walk confidently with a smile! When do you feel most confident? What are some of your favorite smile quotes? Let me know in the comments below.

I'd also like to take a moment to honor the men and women who have served our country and those who lost loved ones on September 11. If you have a chance today, stop for a moment and send your best to those affected by 9/11. While today's theme is to smile, keep in mind Mother Teresa's quote. Our smiles are a gift to others, so remember to share your smile with the world today.
